River Run Center is an 18-acre retail center with 119,000 square feet in-line to be developed in Phase I, an additional 40,000 square feet in-line in Phase II and 3 pad sites. The property is located in the northeast corner of the City of Frederick, Maryland, with 900 feet of frontage on Monocacy Boulevard.
