CRP will join with Redbrick Partners to develop 900 Thayer – comprised of 124 apartments and 6,000 square feet of retail space in the heart of Silver Spring, MD.  The project has two courtyards, 24/7 fitness and a fully featured Resident’s Club. Individual residences will have high-end finishes.

The 0.65 acres site is across the street from the Silver Spring Safeway and three blocks from Whole Foods Market and Silver Spring’s acclaimed cultural, entertainment and shopping district.  A new 65,000 square foot public library is under construction one block up Fenton Street from the property.  The property is four blocks from the recently completed Silver Spring transit hub – the second busiest Metro station in Maryland.
