Description: CRP purchased one of the last undeveloped parcels along Kings Highway, the main artery from Coastal Highway into Lewes, DE. Lewes is a historic town, settled in 1631, with a delightful downtown and miles of beaches where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Delaware Bay. Cape Henlopen High School is directly across the street from the property. Beebe Hospital is less than 1/2 mile away. We completed planning and processing in 2024, obtaining approval for 260 for-sale townhomes, and sold the property to K. Hovnanian (NYSE: HOV) in 2025. Ownership is Fund 4 and a JV partner.
Location: The project includes 260 residential units, office building on 44 acres at Kings Highway-Gills Neck Road.
